what do you offer?

We provide our clients with several wellness options: 

-personal training in our private studio
-Titelist Performance Institute screens and golf fitness sessions
-in-home training
-small group training
-small group fitness classes
-corporate fitness programs
-sports specific training
-nutritional counseling
-weight loss/maintenance classes

When you come to wellBEING for the first time, we will help you complete a fitness evaluation and determine your goals.  Whether you are looking to lose weight, cross a finish line, improve your fitness level, or simply feel better, we can help.

where are you located?

We are located inside of the Blackwatch Office Park in Perinton near the intersection of 31 and 250.  Find us at suite E14 on the lower parking level!

what should i wear/what do i need to bring to my session?

wellBEING has a changing area, gym towels, water and mats. When coming in for a session please just bring a dry pair of sneakers with you.  Wear clothes that you find comfortable for exercise.
